For our second camp of the year, we returned to Sunrise Hill Campsite, who gave us such a warm welcome on our very first camp, and once again their hospitality was incredible. The weekend started with a dramatic twist – heavy rain and thunderstorms on Saturday morning had us wondering if camp would be washed out before it had even begun. But we couldn’t believe our luck… the skies cleared, the sun came out, and we were gifted with the most beautiful weather for the rest of the weekend.

This time we noticed a little seasonal shift – more campervans than tents, as the cooler evenings set in. After everyone settled into their spots, Saturday was all about connection: chatting, laughing, and simply enjoying being outdoors together. As evening rolled in, we cooked up a BBQ-style dinner, filling the campsite with delicious smells and happy chatter. Later, a few of the ladies joined a Groove session – dancing, laughing, and letting the music carry us into the night.

Sunday morning treated us to a truly breathtaking sunrise over the hills – the perfect start to the day. After breakfast, we gathered for a magical Sound Bath with Your Sound Guide, a calming and restorative experience that left us all floating on a wave of peace. Next up was something a little more creative – making macramé bracelets with Island Craftworks. Each of us went home with a handmade keepsake, a beautiful reminder of the weekend.

As the camp came to a close, most packed up and headed home with full hearts, but a couple of the girls lingered a little longer. They took a walk around Brading Marshes, embracing the wild side of the island – and even got caught in the only rain shower of the weekend!
💜 It was another incredible weekend of adventure, connection, and laughter. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our wonderful hosts and workshop leaders for making it so special. We can’t wait for the next one!
